BBC 6 Minute English의 금주 주제인 Food and mood은 개략적으로 다음의 개요를 갖고 있습니다.

우리가 먹는 것과 느끼는 것 사이의 관계에 대한 과학적 연구가 증가하고 있습니다. 이 프로그램에서 우리는 음식과 기분 사이의 연관성을 조사할 것입니다. 우리는 건강한 식습관이 어떻게 기분을 좋게 하는지 듣게 될 것이며 물론 새로운 어휘도 마찬가지로 배울 것입니다.(Scientific research into the relationship between what we eat and how we feel is growing.
