BBC 6 Minute English의 금주 주제인 Saving dead languages은 개략적으로 다음의 개요를 갖고 있습니다.

유럽인 정착민들이 도착하기 전에 호주에는 200개 이상의 언어가 있었습니다. 이들 중 다수는 그 이후로 사라졌지만 일부는 이제 다시 살아났습니다. Barngala는 이들 중 하나입니다. Neil과 Phil은 Barngala의 부흥에 대해 토론하고 유용한 어휘를 가르칩니다.(Before the arrival of European settlers, Australia was home to more than 200 languages. Many of these have died out since, but some have now been brought back to life. Barngala is one of these. Neil and Phil discuss the revival of Barngala and teach you some useful vocabulary.)
